Don’t have time to drop-off the laptop to our location? We can send a technician on-site to diagnose and repair your laptop, service starting at $99 / hour depending of the complexity of the problem.

We are serving Chicago Downtown, Chicago and the following suburbs:

West Suburbs: Oak Park, River Forest, Maywood, Bellwood, Hillside, Berkely, Melrose Park, Stone Park, Northlake, Elmwood Park, River Grove, Franklin Park, Bensenville, Harwood Heights, Norridge, Shiller Park, Rosemont.
North West Suburbs : Park Ridge, Des Plaines, Niles, Mount Prospect, Prospect Heights, Arlington Heights, Rolling Meadows, Schaumburg, Elk Grove Village, Hoffman Estates, Palatine.

North Suburbs: Lincolnwood, Evanston, Skokie, Wilmette, Winnetka, Northfield, Morton Grove, Glenview, Northbrook, Wheeling, Buffalo Grove, Deerfield, Highland Park, Highwood, Lake Forest, Lincolnshire, Long Grove, Lake Zurich.

On-site (we come to you) Laptop Repair / Networking / Virus Removal Services are  priced at$80 per hour, with 1 hour minimum plus parts (if aplicable), no travel fees, parking (if aplicable); Time proceeding the first hour will be billed in 15-minute increments($20 per 15 minute block). On-site computer repair services include: Laptop “Tunes-ups” & Preventative Maintenance; Laptop BIOS Repair / Troubleshooting; Laptop Network Installation & Repair (wired & wireless); Laptop Internet Set Up (DSL, Cable, LAN) etc.

Important:Not all the services can be performed on-site, especially hardware problems. If being on-site, your laptop requires more extensive attention, we will pick it up at your location, bring it to our shop, perform all necessary maintenance, and return it to you.
