You will complete a computer Service Order form that will include your contact information (name, phone number, email address, etc.), details about the problem you have, and the brand and model of your laptop. A $49 Diagnostic / Estimate / Deposit fee is due at the time of drop-off. You will receive a copy of your Service Order and a copy of your receipt.
