“Florian seems to know what he’s talking about and what he’s doing.  He handled some problems on my computer that no one else would touch or discuss in any detail.  Well, geek squad was going to do it, but they were going to hose me in the process.  Florian isn’t your typically slick salesman or techie geek one finds at best buy, geek squad or the privately run computer shops around Hyde park where English is a third or maybe a fourth language, but hardly a first or second.  The man has a personality as well, which is rare in most high tech fields.  He told me like it is: hp notebooks are generally lousy and windows vista is crapola.  As a layman, I kind of knew that all along, but it’s nice when an expert confirms beliefs you know deep down in the marrow of your being.  I’m pretty much done with laptops and sales guys at the big retail places.  When I buy something i want someone to stand behind their product and their work.  I’m confident that Florian and pro computers will do just that.  thank you for your honesty and for not charging me an arm and leg for a mediocre computer that never worked all that well in the first place!”

Recently our laptop was infected with a virus.  Locked up the entire system. Read about Pro Computers on Yelp / Angies List and the positive reviewswere dead on.  Took computer in and 48 hours later, was back up and running and haven’t had a problem since.

I was 2000 miles from home when my laptop developed a mysterious error that prevented me from connecting to the Internet with my broadband card. Neither broadband tech support nor the laptop manufacturer was able to help, and I did not have time to ship the laptop back to the manufacturer, since I was scheduled to travel in less than a week. Florian at Pro Computers not only did an immediate diagnostic, but he properly diagnosed the problem as a Windows corruption, not the hardware problem as the manufacturer thought. And unlike many places that simply wipe out your system, Pro Computers corrected the Windows problem and fixed the registry without changing or losing most program settings. In less than 48 hours my laptop was up and running again, and has been working better than ever. And the cost was far less than I would have spent at a chain like Best Buy.
